Screen printing is also known as the chemical vapour printing process. It transfers even the most demanding designs onto the flag fabric in brilliant colours and to the highest quality. Your print file or design is adapted by our graphics department to the technological particularities of chemical screen printing. Your design is then transferred to the screen printing stencil, either by analogue or digital means. Screen resolutions of up to 20 dots per centimetre are possible. The required printing inks are then produced with computer support to a defined colour formula. A steamer subsequently fixes the dyes. After a special wash, the printed flag fabric is finished on a stenter frame, dried and finally made up into flags. The items below are listed for flags with three colours.
