At 10 m of visible pole height, the pole is designed for prestigious locations, industrial sites and groups of poles. For poles of this height we recommend portrait flags of roughly 500 to 700 cm in length – as a rule of thumb, a flag should be about half to two thirds of the nominal height. Installation requires a foundation with a ground socket – the 10 m nominal height refers to the visible section above ground level. You will find the matching foundation plan in the „Instructions“ tab. The internal halyard runs protected inside the pole and makes unauthorised lowering of the flag more difficult.
This hoisting system stands out for maximum operating comfort and maximum safety. A crank drive mounted at the lower end of the guide rail drives the halyard running in the rail. The halyard is installed as a continuous loop and pulls the long slide made of cast aluminium. Plastic flag fabric holders run loosely in the guide rail below the long slide and are pulled along by the flag carabiners. The spring-loaded lock of the drive wheel is released automatically when the hand crank is inserted. Operation requires minimal effort.

No special flag finishing is required. All common, freely flying types of flag up to a size of 1.5 x 5 m can be hoisted. The flag carabiners are hooked into the eyelets of the flag fabric holders.
