10 m aluminium pole, ZA100K, Ø 100 mm, internal halyard, crank drive, bracket/gallows arm, incl. tilting mount has the item number 8116.20 and is characterised by nominal height 10 m, pole diameter 100 mm, outrigger, cylindrical design. Prices start at 1.268,54 € incl. VAT.

Designed for 10 m of visible height, the pole is designed for prestigious locations, industrial sites and groups of poles. Suitable flags are portrait formats from 500 to 700 cm in length, or landscape flags around 150 × 350 cm. The pole is set into a ground socket in a concrete foundation; the 10 m nominal height is measured from ground level. The pole diameter of 100 mm determines the matching socket size. You will find the matching foundation plan in the „Instructions“ tab. The material used is aluminium; the pole tube is cylindrical with a diameter of 100 mm. The outrigger arm holds the flag clear of the pole so it stays readable even when there is no wind.

Flagpoles with a telescopic bracket ensure advertising impact regardless of the wind. The flag is easy to read at all times.

High operating comfort and extensive theft protection thanks to an internal halyard proven tens of thousands of times over characterise this hoisting system. Stainless steel rope running inside the pole tube with the new FlagLift crank hoisting system. The high-grade alloy ensures lasting stability. The anodised layer to Euras standard DIN 17611 guarantees a durable, attractive surface finish.

Flag finishing

Side tape with hooks. Hollow hem along the top edge of the fabric, Ø 30.00 mm, open on both sides. The topmost hook must be sewn on directly below the hollow hem. Hook spacing max. 1.00 m. To raise the flag it is slid onto the telescopic bracket by its hollow hem. The side carabiner hooks are hooked into the loosely supplied flag slings. The flag slings rotate along with the flag under wind load. Flag sizes (max.) of 1.50 x 5.00 m.

The tilting mount on an anchor cage is included in the price.

For guidance: the wind strength above which the flag should be taken down and how to bring it in gently and store it. Yes – 360° rotating outrigger on a rotor.
Do flagpoles need a foundation?
Yes, flagpoles should always have a foundation. As a rule, a ground socket is set in concrete and the flagpole is then simply inserted into it. This means the pole can easily be removed from the socket again at any time.
Which concrete is needed for the foundation?
Concrete C 25/30 – you will also find this information on the foundation plan. Concrete of grade C 25/30 is available from specialist suppliers (concrete plants, builders' merchants).
Do the foundation and the flagpole have to be installed by a specialist company?
With a little practical skill, any DIY enthusiast can install the foundation and the flagpole themselves following the instructions supplied. It is not strictly necessary for this to be done by a specialist company.
What does series ZA90K mean?
Here the K stands for a pole with a winch drive
What are the advantages of an outrigger pole?
Your flag stays clearly "readable" even without wind. Its life expectancy is also higher than that of a flag left to flap about wildly.
